To The Top Of Diamondhead

Today I decided to hike to the top of Diamondhead crater. Its an old volcanic crater that is not far from my apartment. I actually rode my bike there and then climbed it. It is pretty cool from the top because you can see the entire city and water all around you.
It was pretty amazing and it made me realize how small the island actually is that I live on. Basically one big rock in the Pacific ocean. I took some pictures you can see below. I even pointed out in one of the photos which building I live in.
The Roommate Has Left Hawaii

This week was a little rocky. My best friend, decided that Hawaii just was not for him. I am glad that he was able to make up his mind and figure things out. It is definitly going to make it harder for me because I am now going to be in Hawaii by myself.
I suppose I could look at this in a positive way and say that I will grow as a person because of this. Comfort zones do not even play into my life anymore. The second I left home I was outside of it.

First Day at AlohaCare

Well I started my job today and I actually did not mind it. The people I work with are hysterical and it makes the day fly right by. I love the people because they are like one big family. The perk of working technical support is you get to meet pretty much everyone. I met more people today than I would have ever guessed.
I think this job is going to work out great, especially since it is so close to where we live. I literally ride my bike to work, who can complain about that!
The only downside, it I can see the beach from inside and it makes you jealous of all the tourist! ha ha.
Well, I am heading down to the beach, I bought my first surfboard yesterday!
