Bathroom Stall Hammock: Take 2

March 5, 2008 by Justin

Yesterday’s post about my idea of creating a Bathroom Stall Hammock received more feedback than anticipated. One of the comments was from Carolina saying I should make a video. So I took Caroline’s advice, and created a infomercial showing off this so called Bathroom Stall Hammock.

Here it is:

We managed to shoot and edit the video all late last night since I wanted to get it up as soon as possible to share with my readers. There were a few small problems along the way but for the most part everything went as planned. I think it turned out awesome for being done in such a short time with a not so hot video camera and iMovie.

Another question I received via E-mail yesterday was whether or not this was actually available for purchasing. Well guess what, it is currently in the works. Who knows, maybe this thing will turn out to be one of those “Gag Gifts of the Year.”

If you are interested in receiving more information about the Bathroom Stall Hammock, please contact me via E-Mail.

I hope everyone enjoyed this movie and we hope to produce a few more in the near future. Please feel free to comment with any feedback.

Reminds me of the people in NYC who can’t afford apartments so they eat in restaurants and sleep in their offices.

I wish I would of thought of this when I lived in Honolulu. I easily could of saved 1200 a month in rent. As far as the deluxe model goes, it could be released soon.

Were still busy finding enough people to tie these things together by hand…it could be awhile.

That is an amazing idea. I should have thought of that. However, the bathrooms where I go are extremely dirty. It would not work out well. The stench would kill me.

I am going to make one of these and use it tomorrow!

I have been dreaming about this at work for the last 6 months! If you do sel one let me know as it will save me a lot of work putting it together.

I live in Tokyo and there are a lot of peole here that sleep in internet cafes every night this could save them a small fortune sleeping in train station batherooms instead so get on the mass production plan man!
