An Awesome Used Clothing Store

One of the coolest places I have ever shopped at was Buffalo Exchange in Tempe, AZ. It’s a used clothes store that sells everything from T-shirts and jeans to hats and shoes. Best part of all is the fact that they will also buy your clothes in exchange for cash or store credit. It’s a great way to trade in some old clothes for some new stuff.

If you plan on getting anything, make sure to take the store credit as they will always give you more than if you opt for the cash. If they don’t want some of your clothes, they usually have a bin for donations so you don’t have to take the clothes home with you. It works well if you’re trying to clean up the closet a little bit.

Anyways, the reason I am writing this is because I found out that Austin also has a Buffalo Exchange. It’s located at 904 Guadalupe Street which is right near the UT campus. I went to check it out a few days ago and was super impressed with the selection they have here. They not only have more stuff, but they also have a better selection.

I managed to scoop up an awesome Adidas shirt from the 70’s for 6 bucks along with this find:

A BBP Messenger Bag

I managed to find the one thing I have been looking to get: a waterproof messenger bag that is designed to be used while riding a bicycle. Check it out:

It has a backpack type strap that converts to a standard messenger bag strap. I looked up the brand while I was still in the store and found out they retail for a little over $100. I managed to get it for $25 and it seems brand new.

If you’re looking for a good laptop bag you can bike with, I highly recommend checking out BBP. So far I love it and it makes biking around with a laptop a lot easier.

I plan on visiting the place pretty often since the inventory usually changes as people bring in new items. And you never know what you might come across. You can check out the locations page to see if they have a location near you. I highly recommend it!
