Heading To Austin Tonight

Well everyone, it’s time for another road trip. This time my girlfriend and I are heading to Texas to check out Austin and San Antonio. I have always wanted to visit Austin and am planning to move there in June (if we like it).

We plan on leaving tonight around 8:30 since it is a 14 hour drive. I got the first 7 hour shift so I will be driving until 3. Luckily, I stayed up the last two nights so it shouldn’t be too hard.

Time To Get A Job?

The past few days, I spent some time looking back at my archives. More importantly, I took a look at some of my most popular posts. A majority of them, were a mix between humor and in-depth analysis of how much office jobs suck. People related to what I was saying and it made them come back to find more.

Well if you haven’t noticed, over the last few weeks I have been running out of things to write about. Why? I am not exactly sure, but I have a pretty good guess…

It’s Because I Work From Home

You read that right! The fact that I don’t have a job has really taken away my ability to write some awesome posts. I do not have anything to make fun of or complain about. I can’t make fun of things I see because when you work from home, you really don’t see much of the outside world. I spend a good portion of my time on my computer or watching Bernie Mac and The Fresh Prince reruns…

I even got hooked on the show Degrassi: The Next Generation. I never even heard of the show 2 months ago, and now I could name every character and what their story is. Sad I know…

I’m A Rocketing Rabbit

I was just catching up on my feeds this morning and came across Adam Pieniazek’s post about testing your reaction time. He found an awesome game where you have to tranquilize sheep as quickly as possible. You can check it out here.

Warning…It’s A Little Addictive

The game is damn addicting and I didn’t stop until I beat Adam’s score…sorry Adam . I wasn’t able to get to the Cheetah level but I settled as a rocketing rabbit. I have better things to do, lol. Here is a screen shot I snapped of my best score:

Merry Christmas Everyone

It’s actually Christmas Eve, but I thought I would go ahead and send a Merry Christmas out to everyone. I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend and spends some time with their family and friends. It’s crazy how fast this month (and year) went by.

It seems like not that long ago I was writing about last Christmas and heading home to visit my family. Look how bad (and short) those posts are! My blogging sure came along way since last Christmas.
