La Femme Night at the 6 Lounge

Hump Day has come and gone and it is already Thursday. Time seems to be flying right by and it is probably because I have been so busy. Work is going great and I have been doing tons of things after work and on the weekends.

We decided to start going out more on the weekdays, I know it sounds bad, but not to get drunk…More to mingle and network with new people and just overall get to know more people. It sure beats sitting at home and watching TV.

Last night we decided to go to the 6 lounge in Scottsdale since it was La Femme night, aka Ladies Night. I have never been there before and I thought it was a pretty cool place. It is more of a relaxed lounge style of bar which is different than most of the places we are used to. Drinks were a little on the steep side which is why I cut myself off after 3 Heineken’s. I met a cool guy from Illinois as well as a girl from Iowa that had just moved out here not to long ago.

We stayed out until midnight and then decided it was time to call it a night since we had to work today…except for one of my roommates. We left him there and I am sure he has his own story that I will soon be hearing when I get off work.

It should be interesting…
