Road Trip To San Francisco

Well, for over a month I have been trying to plan my vacation for Labor Day weekend. The original plan was to head to Monument Valley and camp for a few days. However, the weather has been anything but cooperative and I really don’t feel like sleeping in a foot of water from rain storms. So, I have had a change of plans, I am now on the road heading towards California. The goal is to make it up to San Francisco, which is a hell of a drive from Phoenix.

So for the next 3 (maybe 4, 5, ?) days, I will be out and about taking pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge, trolleys, and whatever else I can manage to find. Maybe I can find the house where Full House was filmed, lol. The only question, is where am I sleeping and where will I end up?

So, if you live in San Francisco, or no anyone that does, please help a blogger out and find me somewhere to crash. I will be there through Tuesday, September 2nd unless I run out of money or something. I might sleep in the car or pitch the tent if possible.

So stay tuned for some very interesting adventures is the not so distant future.

PS. Have A Great Holiday

  1. Wow, that’s a ~750 + mile ride. That’s about how long the drive from Boston to Chapel Hill, NC was, and those drives were not fun nor easy so be safe on the road. If you’d gone to Los Angeles or San Diego I could’ve introduced you to some of my SoCal friends but not sure if I know anyone living up in NorCal right now. Hopefully you found places to crash and took lots of pics!
