Road Trip to the North Shore

Today Jeremy and I decided to take a road trip up to the North Shore. It is nice to get out of the city once and awhile and see what Hawaii is really like. Our main goal was to try some of the world famous shave ice. We got there and stood in line for about an hour! I could not believe how many people are standing there waiting for shave ice. But, it was worth it. It tasted great and left me wanting more.

The beaches on the north shore are amazing. Not to mention the surf is ridiculous. Pipeline has some of the largest waves in the world.

The drive is very scenic as you can see in this picture. I have been here for awhile and the beauty of Hawaii still amazed me. Where else can you see what like this and have temperatures in the 80′s pretty much every day of the year.

I am not sure what my plans are for the rest of the weekend but I am sure I will find something to do. Stay tuned this week I am hoping to get some more blog posts done. :)

LOL, I have long forgotten about those sunglasses. You might as well keep them until I make it back to Hawaii, hopefully in the near future.

Your work is to discover your world and then with all your heart give yourself to it.

Haha, nice shades bro. I use sunglasses like that when I ski, go check out some nice ski goggles and ski sunglasses at http://www.skisunglasses.org. Aloha, later.
