After many screwups, unnecessary charges, and poor customer service…I finally said so long to Bank of America. It’s going to be a great day after all.

Good job. I have found credit unions to offer much better service and less trying to trick you out of your money, compared to the large banks.
who do you use now?
@ Matt: Right now I am using M&I Bank, but it’s not located everywhere. They have a small town bank feel and I never have problems with them. BOA was a problem from the get go, especially since I set my account up online and it was formed in Virginia where they are located (never been there..lol).
What took you so long Justin? I quit them for the SAME exact reasons 4 years ago. I joined a local credit union, and they worship me.

I agree also. Had nothing but problem after problem. Decided to head elsewhere before starting my new business and getting a loan. Thanks for sharing.
