Checking Out the Superbowl

Well, first I will start by saying last night was another fun adventure out in Tempe. Margarita Rocks was the choice again and it was pretty packed considering the Counting Crows put on a free show at Tempe Town Lake so I everyone walked to the bars afterward.

P Diddy’s Superbowl Bash at Axis Radius

Well, all I can say is I love Hollywood style parties, and I hate Hollywood style drink prices.

Last night was awesome. We went to P Diddy’s Superbowl bash at Axis Radius in Scottsdale. I think it was definitly worth the 200 dollars to get in. The place looked amazing, they had carpet on the street with huge tents with screens everywhere. There was a lot of bars setup and people were everywhere. Beer Pong On A Tuesday…Why Not?

Well Greg had off today and tomorrow from work and Kyle is here 3 more nights so they decided to have a little party last night. Kyle had his friends over and they played a bunch of beer pong. I convinced myself at work yesterday that I was going to take the night off, haha yeah that worked.

Trillium Happy Hour in Scottsdale

This week was a great week, probably because it was only a 4 day work week. Everything is going great at work and I am having a lot of fun meeting new people. The weather is starting to get warmer and it was perfect today with a high around 70.

First ASU House Party

Since today is Martin Luther King Day, I had the day off from work which is great. Last night was another adventure.

First off, let me start by saying that the Packers lost yesterday I thought for sure we would kill the Giants but we lost it in overtime after Favre was intercepted. Paintballing at Splatter Ranch

Today I went paintballing for the first time at Splatter Ranch in Scottsdale. I was battling a hangover at first but it was still a great time. I was not sure what to expect because I have only heard about it but never tried it.

We ended up playing 6 games of capture the flag and each game had about 40 people in it. The field was about 2 acres which was pretty cool because it had fake houses and a lot of props laying around to hide behind. Plus …

Another Friday at Margarita Rocks

Last night was another crazy night at Margarita Rocks in Tempe. We ended up with a $100 bar tab but oh well. The place is always crowded around midnight and a lot of people get out on the dance floor. Tempe is definitly more crowded now that ASU is back in school which is awesome.

The P.F. Chang Rock n’ Roll Marathon

The P.F. Chang marathon was a huge event here in Phoenix today. There was more than 30,000 participants and it just so happen to take place in my front yard. It was crazy to see so many people running at once. My roommate completed the half-marathon which was 13 miles.

There was more than 70 live bands spread out over the course of the marathon and lots of people were watching from the sidewalks. The main concert starts later tonight down by Tempe Town Lake.…

Denver? Who Knows…

Bunch of drinks, a guy dressed as Captain Morgan, tons of students back in town = a great time. Last night was a great time out in Tempe. I went to Margarita Rocks once again (we pretty much as free cover passes for life since we took a stack of them ). Did a lot of dancing and all that good stuff.

Greg’s Birthday Meal at Ruby Tuesdays

Well this week has been great. I have had a lot of fun at work meeting new people and helping out as much as I can. I enjoy my job because there really is nothing better than providing support to people, even if it just computers.

This Monday was also the start of my transformation in 2008. I am going to be making daily blog posts on my progress to get in the best shape of my life.
